The administrative board will send the participant 3 attachments to register with our regional coordinator and later a confirmation of registration as soon as we receive your file, we will contact the Canadian embassy in your country or in your neighborhood to facilitate obtaining your Visa. Only the costs of 300 dollars which will be used for the registration of your file at the Ministry of Labor and Canadian Citizenship are the responsibility of the Candidates. All other costs as well as documents related to your trip are free and at our expense. All the documents you need for your immigration to Canadian soil will be delivered to each candidate hired by DHL within a timeframe respecting their taking up their duties set by the future employer:
1-Your residence card
2-Your work permit
3-Your accommodation certificate
4-Your family insurance
5-Your Canadian visa
6-Your plane ticket
If you do not have a Passport you should inform us as soon as you receive your letter of employment so that an application for an international passport can be made with the immigration service of your country as you will already have a job that waiting for you in Quebec and register with the Ministry of Labor and Canadian Citizenship.

- Study and Registration fees ($ 400) to be paid by the Candidate at our Representation in Canada; if the file is retained by the joint inspection members.
INDIVIDUAL VISA

- Diploma obtained or competence acquired or certificate
- A birth certificate or identity document that can certify your identity and Passport
- An identity photo
- Your Complete CV
- Study and Registration fees ($ 500) to be paid by the Candidate at the level of our Representation in Canada; if the file is retained by the joint inspection members.
FAMILIAL VISA

- Diploma obtained or competence acquired or attestation
- A birth certificate or identity document that can certify your identity and Passport
- An identity photo
- Your Complete CV
- Study and Registration fees ($ 750) to be paid by the Respondent at our Representation in Canada; if the file is retained by the joint inspection members.
WORK PERMIT
Application for a work permit in Canada: This application must be presented by our regional representative for those who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and who want to work temporarily in Canada if the application is accepted, a work permit will be issued.
Once your request has been registered, our firm will charge a representative to submit your file to the Ministry of Labor and Canadian Citizenship in Quebec to facilitate obtaining your Visa at the Canadian embassy in your country of residence.
